FAQ

To financially support Animals (or their Owners).  People who, due to no fault of their own, got into difficulties and Nature/Environment projects (Small scale)

No. There are plenty of big organizations around to support the big picture, like World Vision or Unicef. We focus on the needs of individuals, who are often left behind.

More than often the benefactor wishes to remain anonymous. That’s why we do not collect any personal information, nor do we send newsletters or write E-mails. 

However we may be contacted under contact@help-us.net

You can pick and choose which project you want to support and the funds will go directly to it. If you don’t specify, we share the funds between the projects.

Yes we only accept donations from traceable sources.  we do not accept split donations, where partial funds have een requested for transfer to other accounts to eliminate money laundering. 

The process is pretty simple. The Beneficiary  submits a verifiable report on the facing problem alongside proof of the current financial circumstances. we check that allocated donations are actually used to resolve the needs. 

We had a lengthy internal  discussion on this matter.  While the Internet and Social Medias (Facebook , Twitter etc) publish a a wealth of good information, it also opens the doors for fake material, abuse in any form and can lead to mobbing.  The protection of our needed and supporters outweighed the potential of publicity on other Social Medias.  We are reviewing this on a continues basis  

We do not publish ANY personal information of our beneficiaries or any materials such as photos, which may identify of persons in need. Photos taken from animals are real, so are the surroundings such interior of buildings, as long as the persons agree and do not lead to identify anyone!!

Yes. We intend to publish a regular news report to update you on our current progress and status of our projects

No. We simply assist current owners to help them with their financial needs.  It is beyond our scope to assist in the rehoming of animals and in our specific cases also not needed
